To be able to access content and where I can keep putting things up, and then how you run the groups, and how you notify them of different things that were going on.
At about week three, you had all the basics right, so then I sent out an email notifying people about we were going to launch a group program - it was called Fat Belly to Flat Belly. It was like a weight loss program, and so I sent that out to our database asking for anyone who was interested to let us know. I forget how many we got back there.
From one or two emails to our database, we ended up setting up five groups. We ended up getting 25 registered participants from that and they were all going to be paying, the first one we did it at a lower price. They were all paying $250.
That all went really well and it was exactly what I was after because a few of those groups, we were able to run while we were having a weekend away down the Coast. I didn't have to be in the office and we were still able to run a group.
